Erwan Heussaf, a Manila-based Fil-French foodie of The Fat Kid Inside fame, has selected me to be one of his writing cohorts for The Fat Kid Inside.  It's a project aiming to levitate the food and drink culture in the Philippines first, Asia next, heck, why not the world?
